Blaise is nine! Back in September. I’m catching up.
We reversed things this year and has his party before his actual birthday. Brian and the big kiddos started indoor rock climbing over the summer so naturally, that’s where he wanted his party. It was a great party and I think all the kiddos had a great time. Blaise sure did. Another party down.

His actual birthday. I was domestic this year and made a cake and frosting from scratch. Nothing fancy. It was surprisingly good! He asked for a homemade cake for his next birthday also.
LEGOs as usual. I think he ended up with all the space sets between our gift to him, gifts from his party, and him spending his birthday money. He was a happy camper.
